It is making fun of the United Nations because they did not help Sudan in solving the political issues that lead to the genocide. I think this is a good example of satire because it takes and important topic and shows how the United Nations didn't help with the genocide in a comic-like picture. The comic-like theme of this piece can really catch the eye of the reader which I think is good.
